Is there a way that we can Integrate owned social accounts in Engagement Cloud?


Can we integrate owned Facebook and Instagram channels to Engagement Cloud where we can mark any conversation as a Service Request? (like in Service Cloud (RightNow))

I know this can done through Oracle social cloud, but is there any other way we can address this without social cloud?
