Hi!  Can anyone provide me best practices for goal plan assignments?  For 2018, each department had many goal plans assigned and I found that this was not the best approach.  My recommendation was to setup 1 possibly 2 for each employee or department.  I would like to know how other companies are handling this for goals/goal plans.
