Evaluation Management Tool
We are looking to pilot Taleo Evaluation Management and below are some questions we’d like to get feedback on and expertise from other clients who have experience working with the tool:
-Is there a way to default an evaluation questionnaire/template on a requisition (to keep from the recruiter having to select a template from the questionnaire library)?
-Along those lines, is it possible to default a specific evaluation template on a requisition based on the job code of that position?
-To ensure compliance, is there a way to put a hard stop in place in the candidate selection workflow if the evaluation feedback is not completed and submitted by the hiring manager/evaluator(s)?
