Requisition Vacation rule not triggered for delegated user

Delegation does not work if the approval amount is higher than approver's approval limit

- Delegation does not work if the approval amount is higher than approver A
approval limit

Delegation not working if approver has less limit then orginal approver
is there any  workaround ??

 

Use Case and Business Need:

Requisition delegation working if the value is Low the same user
Requisition delegation NOT working if the value is high the same user

Delgeation SR VP to director needed
