As of 19A, we've added new capabilities to the way you can personalize the experience for shoppers, including the ability to personalize based on UTM query parameter. This allows you to personalize based on referrer, such as a Facebook online ad campaign or marketing email, and also makes it easier to keep the site experience consistent from external referrer through the browsing and shopping experience.

We've updated our how-to on defining Audience rules to include new examples on how to use this new UTM query parameter, as well as encouraging anonymous shoppers to register, and building Audiences with data from 3rd party systems.
