Min Character Search for AP Invoices

Did 19A include a new feature that requires a minimum number of characters of invoice number to search

Following the 19A upgrade, AP users now are required to search for AP invoice with minimum of 3 characters. If we have invoice #10 they can't search for this value. Has anyone seen this error/change since 19A? The pop up error when doing an AP invoice search with 2 chars is "You must enter at least 3 characters to search for an invoice"
