Visibility and access to the Contact


Hi all,

I have this business requirement and I need your advice:

Currently all Contacts created by any role, are visible and accessed to be worked by any Sales Representative. That is, we do not have Territority Management or any type of restriction in terms of visibility and access.

Now the requirement is: when the Sales Representative creates a Contact he can only be visible and accessed by him for 7 days - the rest of the users can not find it when searching for the contact-. After this time, and automatically, is visible and full access for all Sales Representatives. It's possible?  Can you think of something?
