When a candidate is in 'Next Steps' for a Requisition, but we submit them to another Requisition, I understand it changes their status 'Req Based Status' to 'Application Received'.  Is there a way to keep the current status they are in to remain 'as-is' when submitting them to other requisitions?  For instance, if they are in 'Interviewing 1st Round' and we submit them to another Requisition, how do we get the 'Interviewing 1st Round' to carry over?
