Tip - Easier Way To Run Reports

Hi - 

This might have been mentioned before, but for some reason I just tried it out & so far it's working for me.

While I like Taleo, I don't fact that there is not an easy way to run current reports without having to go through the report & clicking each "parameter" you need first (I may have several I need to select & sometimes might forget one).

Anyway...the work around I have found is:

1. Go to reports
2. Run reports
3. Select the report you want to run & select the parameters you want to use
4. Run report
5. After the report has ran, select Modify Parameters
