Summary

What is the logic on the basis of which job profiles be displayed in Explore Role section of Career Development

Content

Hi,

When employee goes to Explore Role section of Career Development, he sees a list of Job Profiles with some compatibility %. In some cases the compatibility % is as low as 3%, in some cases its 100%. What is the logic on the basis of which job profiles be displayed on this page? And do all job profiles be displayed on this page?

Like, suppose I am working as Lead Project Engineer and this job's compatibility % is 100%. There might be a job profile shown to be as Project Engineer whose compatibility is 70%. Why will be an employee adding a lower job profile in his career of interest?

Howdy, Stranger!
