We are newer to the HCM Fusion tool and have encountered some challenges with the structure and security of the folders we set up under the Custom folder. We were advised to create sub-folders for each module under Shared Folders/Custom/Human Capital Management and lock security to HR and IT-HR users only. These sub-folders store both, personalized copies of Oracle delivered reports and new in-house developed reports. Some of the personalized copies are templates used for the Performance Management report and Compensation Statement report, which required a defined path in order to be viewed by all associates.
