Salary Manager Can't Generate Compensation Statement

Summary

Salary Manager Can't Generate Compensation Statement

Content

Hello,

Under Compensation > Worksheet 'Communication" > Generate Comp statement. We have any issue where if I am logged in, proxy as the Salary Manger in the comp tool and generate the compensation statement I am able to generate the PDF file for all the direct reports. But the Salary Manager is not. I even logged in as the Salary Manager and navigated to the Statement generation and it failed.

The message is a "Failed to Load PDF Documents." Has anyone seen or experienced this? I am guessing it's a security related issue if I can generate as a proxy of the SM but not logged in as same SM?

Howdy, Stranger!
