Is there a report to view all changes to Payables Configurations? (e.g. Manage Audit?)

Can Manage Audit Policies be leveraged to view changes to BU setups for Payables and Payments?Content
For example, we configured our Invoice and Payment Options for each BU. Then, the admin updated configurations to the Invoice Options settings (e.g. checkbox enabled to allow users to edit paid invoices). We want to see a report or view that shows us the value and date of the original configuration set, the date and value that was updated and by whom, etc. Are there examples of this in FIN Cloud? Metalink has manage audit table references for Sales Cloud.
