How to migrate custom flow pattern from one instance to another instance

Hi Team,

Is there a way to migrate Custom flow pattern from one instance to another instance. 

I have created a new flow pattern by copying seeded flow and made some changes , now I have to migrate custom flow pattern(which I have created) from DEV  to TEST. is there a way instead of creating again in TEST instance.

for Extracts we have option to download and we can upload in required instance but for flow pattern I don't see that option enabled.
