What is the impact of Making an Event Inactive - as it relates to Job profiles and Learning plans

I am trying to understand what happens to a learning plan that has ILT events in them if I make the Event inactive

Hey all,   I am getting ready to inactivate some ILT Events (in effect retire them)   They are used in some of our learning plans and provide qualifications based on the learning plans.    Thus if I inactivate the ILT event,  does that now change an completed learning plan to an incomplete learning plan?

When we create the learning plans and training offerings we use the ILT event not the session or the enrollments

As an example,  Job profile1 has Learning Plan 1 in it.  Learning plan one has a training offering 1 in it that has ILT event 1 in it.
