DAR for Sign On Bonuses

Hi,

We input a maximum Sign On Bonus into our requisition's compensation section. We would like to use DAR to add an approver to the offer approval path if, at the time of offer, the recruiter inputs a Sign On Bonus that is greater than the Sign On Bonus listed at the requisition. Does anyone know how to do this / have a similar set up?
