We have enabled scoring at both requirement level as well as Line attribute level. Need to know how system decides the rank of a supplier in this scenario? Does it only look at requirement scoring or only line attribute scoring or both. Appreciate someone can provide an example. How does the scoring at both levels affect automatic award recommendation?
