There is a requirement to increase employee salaries based on performance ratings.

Example:

Effective 01-Apr-2019, company would like to revise employee salaries based on the performance ratings.

Rating Scales - Increment

5 - 15%

4 - 10%

3 - 8%

2 - 5%

1 - 2%

I have the following salary components.

->Basic Salary

->Accommodation Allowance (used Individual compensation plan)

->Transportation Allowance (used Individual compensation plan)

Please help me with the details to achieve this requirement.
