Changing Title of Seeded Column for One Country in Merit Plan for 3 Countries

Hello!

We are building a comp plan for salary increases that includes US, CAN, MEX. The Annualized Salary column is used differently for MEX than it is for US and CAN.

Is there a way to code the worksheet for the comp plan to display a different column heading just for the mexico sheet, and not impact the US or CAN sheet?

SO basically, have the seeded field display the default for CAN and US and then MEX is a unique hardcoded value in a formula?

I'm at a loss here so I thought the community might have heard something about this issue.

Howdy, Stranger!
