Fully transitioned to OLC? Can you share how you're using it?

We are an electric utility looking for any organization who have fully transitioned to OLC and are using it for all of their learning (not just onboarding).

We would like to know how you are accomplishing some tasks that we are still struggling with:

 

  • How do you track if someone passed or failed their learning?
    • It seems OLC only has a "Not Passed" for their graded surveys (assessments) and all other learning just cares about completion.  If you attended an Instructor Led Training (ILT) and the student didn't participate and failed a written test...are they "incomplete"?
