How can Reviewers and Secondary Hierarchy members view reports similar to the Primary Hierarchy Mana

want to give access to secondary hierarchy or reviewer to the "View Reports" (admin reports) within the secondary planContent
When proxy as the secondary hierarchy or proxy as the reviewer and selecting the secondary plan, we want them to have the ability to View the Admin reports for the secondary plan just as the primary hierarchy is able to for the same plan.
