With R13, Clearing Account Reconciliation feature is provided by Oracle. Is there anyone who is using this feature? If yes, for what kind of accounts are you reconciling? Is it useful? Any issues?

Also do we still need to get Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS or Blackline)? Is it a replacement for ARCS/Blackline products?

I will appreciate any suggestion or guidance on this topic.
