Can we use iExpenses for this case ?

Hi Chmps,

Client is basically a Manpower company and they procure candidates from various countries for different projects, Client has service agreements with their suppliers who recruits the candidates instead of them, price of the candidate which changes very rarely and the same depends on based on the type of candidate or his skill.

We are suggesting to use Blanket agreements for the same and client is interested to use iExpenses.

As I know Iexpenses can be used for expenses occurred by employee where employee is defined as supplier but here supplier is a third party where PO is not required.
