All,

Within our current Performance document , we allow workers to self evaluate and mangers then submit a rating as part of Annual performance document . 

I am trying to establish if it is possible to have TWO ratings  in this example a WHAT rating - scored 1-7, and then a HOW  rating scored 1-7 ..so employee will have TWO ratings  at year end performance

 Is this possibe within HCM fusion ?

Does anyone use more than ONE rating on performance document ?

If so  was it fairly easy to configure. ?
