Renamed Competency to Behavior for Performance Management

Content

We have renamed the Competency content to Behavior as we implemented Goals and Performance and created the behavior content items, so that we defined the static behaviors in the performance template for rating. In 2018 annual performance, we rated the goals and behaviors (Competency section which is renamed to Behavior).

Now, we are going to implement Profiles, Succession Plan, for that business wants to create competency so that they can do best fit analysis.

If we use the competency for profiles, then we don't see the option to use Behaviors  section in Performance Document.
