Award Compensation for Internal Employees not moving the ICP records to Core HRContent
Hello,
Our client uses ORC for Internal Employees job apply flow via Current Jobs and Offer letter will be generated for them in ORC.
We are using Award Compensation section to capture Bonus, Commission, OTE kind of data and these data are getting loaded in Offer letter templates as well.
In a scenario where an internal employee already has Bonus, commission available in his/her existing assignment, when we create a new offer for the new job as part of internal job application and selection, new bonus and commission data will be captured under Award Compensation section in ORC.
