Dear, forum members.

I am relatively new to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IDCS) and our team members have problems with creating buckets. For that reason, I have been asked to check root cause of this problem.

I have found out that there is no Storage option to be displayed in a console dashboard for a service administrator. It is most probably because of the reason that OCI Administrators Group is not linked to a service administrator.

(At the same time we have not received any super user credentials except the welcome link to create account and administrator user. I do not clearly understand if the received Welcome letter is about super user credentials or simply service administrator, for that reason I call it service administrator user in this thread.)
