We currently use:
Core HR for employee records
Talent Management for Goals and Performance
Planning to start using Career Development
Taleo Learn for Employee development, the problem is HCM and Taleo does not talk to each other and with the career development on the road soon. I am wondering if anyone has any idea how to integrate both Learn and HCM? Is there any out of the box integration? or ideas would be appreciated.
