Has anyone used Mobile Expenses using Web-Based SSO?

We are trying to implement Mobile Expenses using Web-Based SSO. I was delighted to have Web-Based SSO as an option, since this means we can set this up without involving Cloud Ops. However, we keep getting logged out of the app, maybe after a period of inactivity, and have to re-login. Which means users will have to provide their email address and password each time they want to use the mobile expenses app. This significantly undermines the convenience aspect of the app and defeats the purpose of making it easier to submit your expenses on the go.
