Report with Resumes

Good Afternoon!  I'm trying to pull a report that has some basic candidate data (contact info) as well as their resume.     I created a report based off the "Candidates Resumes and Attachments" template.  When the report runs it shows the resume as a file path.    How can I get it so the actual resume is included - either as an attachment/file?
