Scheduled Batch processing of Termination Life Events
Summary
The Scheduled Evaluate Life Events batch is not able to process all Termination life eventsContent
Wanted to discuss in the forum on how companies are scheduling the Evaluate Life Events job to process the Terminations life event.
We have sometimes Terminations entered in Retro as the paperwork is released late. In those cases, the Termination dates are in past and the benefits relationships end with the term date. When the nightly scheduled process tries to process the Termination event, it is not able to find the benefit relationship as of current date (as the date increments in the batch job that is scheduled) and therefore does not process the Termination events.
