We have lot of client facing companies who have a different holiday schedule as per the client.

WE have couple of holiday schedules loaded in the system which govern most of the absences. But when there is a general holiday for everyone else, some of these client companies are working and therefore the absences for those days are considered with a 0 hours. this is impacting Payroll as well.

Is there a way, we can override the Absence Duration when an absence is applied. Even for our Etime inbound which loads the absences thru HDL, we want to let the duration load as it is coming in irrespective of the holiday schedule.
