Unable to hide certain fields in 19A job profile content section set-up

Summary

I am unable to hide two fields on a job profile content section, and wondering why they are grayed out

Content

 Hi,

I am trying to use one of the delivered content section templates for my client to capture a value on the job profile. In this case, I am using the Membership template, but I only need one field, which is the "Affiliation or Professional Body" shown in the attached image. However, I am unable to hide both the Required and Importance fields, because they are grayed out. Is there a reason they are grayed out, and is it possible to hide them?

Howdy, Stranger!
