What are Oracle's plans in expanding this list of values beyond 'Male' & 'Female' as Diversity is such a “hot” topic for many global organizations?


Trying to understand how folks are currently handling gender diversity in HCM Cloud.  Do you collect non-binary gender identities?  Does it flow into HCM Cloud?
