Hi All,

We are currently using both Talent and Oracle Learn and planning to upgrade to 19A. Can you please help us with the following queries on Enhanced Talent Profile:

  • Is it mandatory to enable Enhanced Talent Profile if we have implemented Oracle Learn, when upgrading to 19A. What will be the impact on Oracle Learn, if Enhanced Talent Profile is not activated.
  • Will there by any impact of not enabling Responsive UI and enabling Enhanced Talent Profile only.
