Termination Report not picking up Terminated Employees

Summary

Timing off between termination and report

Content

We are new to Oracle and are looking for a solution to the following issue.

We run a Termination Report every Monday at 5:30am.

It is used to assist the Help Desk terminate the security for staff who have left the organization.

For example, the report runs at 5:30am on Monday, March 15. The report is to list terminated staff from Monday, March 8 thru Sunday, March 14.

The problem is if a person is terminated on Monday, March 15 with a date of Friday, March, 12 (manager didn’t get to it on Friday) because Friday was their actual last day. This person will never show up on the report because when the report is run next on Monday March 22, this person falls outside the date range of March 15 thru March 21.
