Hi,

We are in 19A enhanced Profile version. I followed the below steps to enable the Career Preferences and Work Requirements for custom Line Manager role, but no editable option for Career preferences and Work requirements is not visible at all. 

1.  Career Preferences"

- Using "Manage Profile Type" task, included all the subscribers

- Using Manage Profile Content Section Access task, added custom line manager role and checked View, Edit, Report options

- Regenerated custom line manager role

Output - As a line manager, i am able to view the Career preferences under Career Development, but no Add/Edit option available
