Awarding Compensation during Termination

Individual Compensation Plan for Severance with termination action

Content

We have a requirement to reward severance pay to specific terminated employees. HR would like to initiate this through Individual Compensation Plan (ICP) while terminating the employees, however, the system does not provide us the option to award compensation when following the termination process. Is it possible to set up severance pay through ICP for terminated employees?
