What is the best solution to mask employee compensation data after cloning to a non production environment?

Does Oracle provide any solution for it?

For example:

We need to change the employee Basic Salary and Housing Allowance fixed compensation values (element entry values) for example. 

If there is no standard method by Oracle, what are the best suggested options?
