ORC-Adding candidate to the requisition which is not posted

Hi,

 

I want to tag the candidate to a requisition which is open for sourcing but has not been posted on career sites. When i go to candidate & choose add to job requisition option it only displays the list of jobs which are posted on career site. Kindly share how d oi add this candidate without posting job on career section.
