A newly re-activated user is unable to generate an output for web reports containing a POV prompt (reports created with Reporting Web Studio). Originally, she was receiving an error message, but after we updated her "User Preferences" and "User Variables" settings, she is now receiving a blank report when trying to run it for anything other than one division. It is as if her reporting POV is "stuck" on a particular department value and if you choose any other one you get a blank report on the web even if you can surface the other values in ad hoc analysis
