Lead Assignment

Hello Community Members,

Can we assign leads in Round Robin fashion? suppose there are 4 leads and 3 sales reps then leads should be assigned as :

lead 1 - Sales rep1

lead 2 - Sales rep2

lead 3 - Sales rep3

lead 4- Sales rep1

Along with this please help me to understand whether it is doable using OOTB assignment rules or do we need to build any custom solution?
