Can talent score / risk of loss be updated automatically based on the predictive analysis or employe

Hi,

We have a requirement where we want employee's talent score to be updated automatically on the basis of employee's data like employee has not been promoted for the last 3 years and he is in the same position for the post 3 years and his salary is low. 

Can talent score or risk of loss be predicted and updated automatically.
