Activating server timezone change

Summary

We switched the server timezone, but are not seeing the update

Hello,
We are testing out the news feed in our Stage Pod and noticed under Benefits when there is an event open the Enrollment End Date has the time displayed, which is great....However, the time is incorrect - we are expecting 11:59 PM instead of 7:59 PM

We found out where to change the Server Timezone, but it has been a few days and the old time still displays
Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values - SVC_DBSERVER_TIMEZONE

Is there a step we are missing? A server bounce or something?

Howdy, Stranger!
