Editing Default Onboarding & End Dates for Offers

Hi Taleo Experts,

Couple of questions:

1. In the 'Offers' tab can we make the Start Date and the Onboarding Start Date automatically default to the same date?

Would there be any instances were this would become a hurdle in the onboarding process? ir

Does the Onboarding start date reflect the start of the onboarding flow and maybe need sto be different to the actual start date?

2. Also in the 'Offers' tab there is a calendar which doesn't go past 2020 and we are now offering contracts beyond this date, how can we extend the default end date?
