Summary

Need to calculate a percentage off Median salary by various attributes

Content

Attached sample.  I can get the first 4 columns.  However, I can't come up with the right calculation or calculated field to give me the last column highlighted in yellow.  Essentially on the female row or merged column on 1st three attributes I want to find percentage of median salary to the other.  Any ideas how I can do this or best way to get this?  Thank you.  This is a simple screenshot, but I think if it can work for this logic, it can work when the query is more complex.
