Attended session on April 2019 with Oracle so this was mentioned in that session, so sharing with others to have better understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud vs Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (OTAC).

  • We are not sun setting Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (OTAC). We have many customers on this platform and continue to support and enhance it.
  • At this time, we do not have stand-alone recruiting on roadmap for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), ORC is dependent on HR. If a customer is looking for a stand-alone recruiting solution. OTAC is right solution to position.
  • The number one benefit that ORC has over OTAC is the one platform solution. We support integration with OTAC but will never have same UX, it will never have same data model.it will never have a seamless integration with onboarding.
