Deletion of data in compensation module - GDPR

We need help of finding an approach of deleting data in Compensation module due to GDPR

Content

Due to GDPR regulations we are planning to use the recommended approach (from Oracle) for deleting/obfuscating data in Global HR module. When it comes to the compensation module we don't have a technical solution for deleting the data in the compensation plans. Please advise how this can be executed? Any recommendation och documentation of approaching this?

Is best practice just to delete compensation plan, are we forced to backout from HR? Anyone else that has an approach for this?
