Hi all,

 

I need your opinion and advice on the following:

  1. The Sales Representative accepts a Lead.
  2. If the Lead exceeded the 5 days of its acceptance and was not converted to Opportunity, then the Lead has to change its status "Unqualified", Accepted "No" and change the Owner to another user or leave it without owner.
  3. Schedule the "Manage Lead Processing Activities" task so that it runs every hour for all Leads with these conditions.

Can I do this by rule based assignment? Or do I have to do it another way?
