Pivot Table measures question

I have a pivot table with two measures and one column. The column is a formula that group information from a data point into two groups (for example, we have a req UDF that tells us what job level the position is and there are four choices, but the leader wants that data put into two groups).

I want the data for the first measure to be separated into these two groups. However, for the second measure point, I don't. I just want the total regardless of what group it's in.

How can I do this?
